Venture Power Sliding Door Handle Is Stuck

On friday november 12 2004 i entered the middle row of my son in law s new 2005 chevrolet venture.

Venture power sliding door handle is stuck.

Power sliding door lock is stuck in the lock position. I tried removing the fuse for power locks and sliding door i had the power sliding side door locks recalled on my 2003 venture at dealers expense. This vehicle is equipped with an automatic sliding rear side door. If the sliding door on your van is hard to open and close or if it feels like the door of your van is stuck when you open and close it you can fix the stuc.

You need have the sliding door unlocked have someone pull the handle as if they were going to open. If your sliding door works fine mechanically but stops when you use the power button the problem is a broken wire in the harness that travels with the door. I tried removing the fuse for power locks and sliding door. Passenger side sliding door stuck in closed position 98 of the time.

Passenger is currently in theraphy for the injury. This is a common problem with almost any car that has power windows. Its stuck closed but the power lock works the door handles seem to work but the door will not unlatch it is a manual door not a power sliding one. My driver door is stuck in the locked position.

Power lock doesn t operate off either front door switch and doesn t move nutch manually. My best guess is that you have a problem with the door window regulator that is preventing the window from closing properly. 1999 venture van power sliding door wont open manually. We can no longer open the door.

I have noticed that the outside door handles are also not going back to their normal state. Power sliding door lock is stuck in the lock position. The passenger door is also showing similar issues but i can still unlock with the key fob. I cannot open the driver door with the key fob key or from the inside of the car.

Hasn t opened electricaly for some time but has opened manually either by inside or outside operator. I have a venture van with a stuck passenger side sliding door.
